IOOF Global One transfer to IOOF Portfolio Service and Spectrum Super now complete
We are pleased to confirm that the transfer from IOOF Global One (IGO) to IOOF Portfolio Service (IPS) and Spectrum Super is now complete.

Welcome Packs have been sent to clients outlining key account information and including an exit statement from former IGO contracts.

Important Information

 

Transfer to IOOF Portfolio Service
Clients - now that you have an IPS account you can access key account information including your account balance and post-transfer transactions via Portfolio Online. If you have not yet registered for Portfolio Online, simply visit www.ioof.com.au and have your IPS client number at hand.

Advisers – you can now access your clients’ account details via Portfolio Online. Portfolio Online provides you with convenient and secure online access to key account details, including the value of your clients’ portfolios. If you have not yet registered for Portfolio Online, simply visit www.ioof.com.au and have your IPS Adviser Number at hand.

Transfer to Spectrum Super
Corporate members - as a member of Spectrum Super you are now able to register for ‘Member online access’. You can use member online access to view your account details and all post-transfer transactions including contributions and investment earnings. To register, simply visit www.spectrumsuper.com.au

Corporate employers - just to remind you that you are now able to make contributions via Spectrum Super’s online super administration and contribution payment facility, Super123. The features of Super123 are very similar to SuperConnect and you can use it to make contributions, update super contribution amounts for each member, change certain member details, advise of terminations and add new employees.

To log in to Super123 simply visit www.super123.com.au and type in your former IOOF Global One SuperConnect registration number with an ‘S’ in front and use your existing password.

Advisers – you can now register for Spectrum Super’s online service. You can use this service to view your corporate super clients’ account information including insurance details and all post-transfer transactions. To register for online access, simply visit www.spectrumsuper.com.au and have your Spectrum Super Adviser number at hand.
