By visiting the Site, you will be taken to have read and agreed to be bound by these terms of use.

1. Purposes for which information is provided - not financial advice

Information accessible through the Site ("the Information") does not take into account an individual's investment needs, objectives, or financial situation. It is not intended that the information be relied upon as the basis of an investment decision, nor should it be relied upon or construed as advice or an offer to buy, sell, hold or otherwise deal with any securities or other investments. Before making an investment decision, you may wish to consult a qualified professional advisor. We do not guarantee the performance of any investment, or the return of capital. Accessibility of the Information:

(a) is not a recommendation of the merits, or guarantee of performance, of any potential investment to which the Information refers; and
(b) is not intended to be a representation that persons will be allotted securities or otherwise able to invest in any potential investment, if they apply.
The value of, and income derived from any of the investments to which the Information refers can fall as well as rise. An investor may get back less than the amount invested and may make a profit or a loss. Past performance is not necessarily a guide to future performance.

2. Disclosure Documents

Offers of interests in our registered managed investment schemes and superannuation fund will be made in, or will be accompanied by, a copy of a relevant disclosure document. Anyone wishing to acquire an interest will need to complete the application form that will be in or will accompany the relevant disclosure document.

3. Accuracy and Availability of the Information - Limitation of Liability

The Information may be derived from third party sources and can change without notice. We do not warrant the accuracy, timeliness, reliability or completeness of the information, nor do we endorse any views, opinions or recommendations included in the information.

Without limiting the foregoing, information accessible through the Site, on any day, about the value of any investment, is based on the unit price. That unit price may not be accurate and is a guide only. The actual return on your investment will depend on the timing of contributions, switches and any other transactions that may affect your investment.

Subject to any rights that cannot be excluded by law (including rights under the Trade Practices Act (1974) Cth ("the TPA") and Australian Securities and Investments Commission Act (1989) Cth ("the ASICA"), we are not liable for loss or damage arising from or in connection with use of the Site, including, without limitation:

(a) any use or reliance on the Information;
(b) any interruption or termination of access to the site or any of the Information;
(c) any delay in operation of the site or transmission of information to the site from any third party source;
(d) any virus, communication failure, internet access difficulties, or malfunction of any equipment or software affecting the Site or your access to it or the Information.

If any goods or services supplied through the Site are not used for personal, domestic or household uses, then, subject to s68A of the TPA and s12EC of the ASICA, our liability is restricted to:

(a) in the case of goods, replacing or repairing the goods or the cost of replacing or repairing the goods; or
(b) in the case of services, resupplying the services or the cost of resupplying the services.

4. Copyright, Trademarks and other intellectual property rights

Information, and permitted use of the Information

Copyright in the Information is owned by or licensed to IOOF. You may use the Information only for your personal reference, and not for any other purpose, including without limitation, establishing, maintaining or providing or assisting in establishing, maintaining or providing a stock market (other than one authorised by law) for trading in securities.

With the exception of any temporary copy stored in the cache of the computer through which you access the Site, and a single permanent copy for your personal reference, the Information must not otherwise be used, copied, reproduced, published, stored in any retrieval system, transmitted in any form or by any means in whole or in part, altered or tampered with in any way (except where such use constitutes fair dealing under the Copyright Act), without the prior written approval of IOOF.
You are required to inform us immediately you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised, unlawful or improper use of the Information or any intellectual property rights in the Information which may have occurred.
